LPN / Resident Care Coordinator

Full-time, day shift, Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Responsibilities of LPN Care Coordinator:

  • Supervision and support of licensed and certified direct care staff
  • Work the floor when needed.
  • Act as a resource for clinical documentation and assessments
  • Oversee implementation of physician’s orders and clinical interventions
  • Monitor staff compliance with clinical standards of practice and company policies

Qualifications of LPN Care Coordinator:

  • Valid Kansas PN license required
  • Experience in adult care and services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Previous supervisory experience highly preferred
