Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Part-time, All Shifts, Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Entry Level Wage: $15.50 per hour, then based on experience and shift differential

Responsibilities:

Primary purpose is to prepare, administer and document medications as ordered by the physician and as directed by the plan of care. Other duties may include assisting with ADLs and conducting continuous monitoring of residents to be proactive in meeting residents’ needs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Kansas certification required
  • Experience in adult care and services helpful
  • Special training with dementia preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted
