The Marketing Director must convey a professional, positive image for the organization showing at all times an understanding, caring, and sensitive attitude when dealing with older adults, their families, staff, and the general public. He/she must dress to exemplify the appropriate professional appearance expected from the organization.  He/she must be capable of positively handling job-related stress and dealing with all staff members in a spirit of cooperation.  Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the insurance company to operate Wesley Towers' vehicles.

A flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate marketing activities.  Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other staff by transmitting appropriate information concerning resident situations, facility policies, and procedures, and guidelines through written or verbal methods. 

College degree in marketing is preferred.
Experience or education in marketing, health administration, public relations, business or retirement living is required.
Experience in working with older adults is preferred.

Description: The Marketing Director is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts, functions, and events to develop and maintain census and establish and maintain demand for Wesley Towers’ services in the local community and beyond.
