Thorne Care Center

Medicare-certified health care services at Wesley Towers Retirement Community are provided in a secure and supportive environment with dignity and choice as highest priority. We provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week via licenses nurses, for residents who are requiring on-going monitoring, assessment and treatment. In addition, a full range of rehabilitation therapies, social services, nutritional assessment, medical treatment and activities are provided. We also deeply believe you and your family are critical components of our care team.

Wesley Towers Thorne Care Center is licensed for 52 health care and rehabilitation residents.

 

More than just clinical care

Our nursing staff is truly the best and will work diligently to assure your care and services are provided with compassion and empathy. We will work cohesively with your doctors, specialist, and pharmacists to assure coordination of your care. Our registered dietitian and outstanding dining services team will make sure your nutritional needs are addressed and there are lots of good things to eat. 

Illness, injury, or surgery can certainly take a toll on your ability to live life the way you want. Wesley Towers offers recovery services for the transition from hospital to home. Whether you need therapies for general strengthening after a bout with the flu or to help recuperate from a knee replacement, Wesley Towers’ team of nurses, social services staff and therapist will work with you and your physician to get you back to your highest possible level of independence. We offer both Part A and B Medicare services. 

At Wesley Towers, we realize there is more to life than clinical care & services. Large rooms, lots of common space and lovely outdoor areas enhance the resident experience. Our dedicated, professional staff encourages participation in social, cultural, recreational, and spiritual activities as much or as little as desired. Many opportunities exist for friendship, pursuing a hobby, and activities that tie us to the larger community.
