Full-time Baker

Department: Food Service
Shift: 5:30am - 1:45pm
Requirements:

Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 30#'s unassisted.

 

Ability for creativity and food preparation is required. 
Description:

Prepares, cooks and/or bakes all breads and desserts. Follow standardized recipes and production sheets.  Proper handling and preparation of all foods in accordance with standard sanitary requirements.  Preparation of food that is palatable and appetizing in appearance.  Plating all desserts must meet meal schedules. Responsible for proper utilization of leftover desserts.  Responsible for cleaning all equipment in work area using approved sanitation methods. Responsible for filling out production sheets.
